Abby Johnson, former Planned Parenthood director in Texas who now runs the only ministry in the country, And Then There Were None (ATTWN), dedicated to helping abortion workers quit their jobs and find life-affirming ones, is urging abortion workers to quit their jobs on Friday, March 27th during Exodus 2026, a campaign that has been held the last two years. Due to these Exodus campaigns, more than 60 abortion clinic workers have quit their jobs. Overall, in 2025 the number of “Quitters” increased by 113% over 2024.
“Most people who work in abortion clinics are motivated because they believe they are helping women – but when they start to see how abortion is harming women, the shortcuts clinics take to save money, patients crying in the recovery room, and all the other dirty work that goes on at clinics, they often wonder what they are doing at the facilities,” said Abby Johnson. “These workers need to be seen. They need to be prayed for. They need to be supported so they can take that leap and leave their jobs.”
