    Eleanor Holmes Norton, 88, a nonvoting congressional representative for DC since 1991, has signaled that she will not be seeking re-election.

    Politico reports that on Sunday, Norton’s campaign filed a termination notice with the Federal Election Commission, “essentially signaling an end to her campaign.”
