The Federal Communications Commission and the Trump administration have introduced new legislation and a new rule that would further erode local governments’ ability to limit the rollout of 5G small cells.
All of this is absolutely illegal and unconstitutional. Yet, the Trump administration doesn’t seem to understand its constitutional limits or knows them and doesn’t care. The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has issued a new rule aiming at state’s rights concerning the rollout of 5G.
