A Minnesota churchgoer, Ann Doucette, filed a civil lawsuit against irritating former CNN anchor Don Lemon and other protesters for disrupting a January 18 worship service at Cities Church in St. Paul during an anti-ICE demonstration.
The suit claims the mob’s actions caused her “severe emotional distress, fear, anxiety, and trauma” and interfered with her religious freedom. For context, Lemon, who livestreamed the event, allegedly collaborated on logistics and appeared satisfied with the disruption. However maintains that he was only there as a journalist and pleaded not guilty to related federal charges. Damages sought are unspecified.
