A dangerous new bill introduced in the Maryland General Assembly, House Bill 1131, The Pregnancy Outcome Protection Act, introduced by Delegate Lesley Lopez (D-Montgomery), would effectively decriminalize infanticide in Maryland, putting an untold number of vulnerable babies at risk.
Maryland Right to Life strongly opposes House Bill 1131 and urges members of the General Assembly to vote against it.
