A 43-year-old Lindenhurst man with a violent criminal history has been charged with first-degree murder in the fatal stabbing of a CVS clerk during a Christmas Day robbery on Long Island, Suffolk County authorities announced, as reported by Fox News.
The victim, Eddy Cine Jr., a 23-year-old from West Babylon, was working a shift at a CVS store in Lindenhurst after volunteering to cover for a co-worker on Dec. 25.
