A 15-year-old Texas boy has been charged with capital murder after police say he killed his ex-girlfriend’s mother and her two younger siblings in a targeted shooting at a luxury apartment complex in Odessa, Texas, as reported by The New York Post.
Odessa police said officers responded to reports of a shooting at the Eighty-Seventh Apartments around 5:45 p.m.
