“We made a promise to the kids: We’ll be your last foster family until you find a forever home. We just didn’t, quite frankly, think it would be us,” Michael Hendon told KENS5 news.
Michael and Connie Hendon, a married couple in their 60s, found themselves in a very familiar journey in early November. After adopting four children in four separate adoptions about 30 years ago, they just added two more children to their family.
