    Blue State Judge Caught Stalking Attorney, Resigns in Disgrace

    A judge from Nevada announced on January 23, 2026, that she would be retiring from her post, just several days after a court issued a protective order to a lawyer she was accused of stalking for over a year. Washoe County Judge Bridget Robb, 63, allegedly stalked Gaming and Administrative Law attorney Kelci Binau at different locations around the city of Reno.

    Court documents revealed the stalking occurred at several residences and workplaces. They also list and describe the nature of several dozen alleged encounters between the two, going on to drop suggestions that there might have been hundreds of these incidents during the time of the stalking. Binau alleges that Robb engaged in a “willful, repeated and patterned” course of conduct between May 2024 and the issuance of the temporary protective order a week ago that caused the attorney to experience fear and intimidation that led her to fear for her personal safety.
