    As many times before, Medicaid fraud, particularly in Minnesota and California, dominates the domestic news cycle.  The Trump administration is withholding $1.3 billion in Medicaid payments and halting approval of new home healthcare services as well as hospice services. Vice-President Vance was visibly angry when he announced the need to have a nationwide crackdown on fraud in the healthcare system.
