ER Editor: Ukraine is suspected in this morning’s car bomb attack on Lieutenant General Fanil Sarvarov in Moscow. As per Al Jazeera, ‘Ukraine claimed responsibility for a similar attack in December 2024. Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, the chief of the military’s nuclear, biological and chemical protection forces, was killed by a bomb hidden on an electric scooter outside his apartment building.’ Kirillov was the one who presented evidence of deep state biolabs to the world (see one of our featured images of him below).
It’s a stretch to imagine how these top military people drive hokey, unprotected vehicles parked in public access areas. We found last year’s attack on high-profile Kirillov somewhat dumbfounding. Russians aren’t sloppy.
