    Up to 80% of imported “extra virgin” olive oils are adulterated with cheaper oils—opt for organic, cold-pressed EVOO from trusted sources (e.g., California Olive Oil Council).
    Cognitive decline starts decades before symptoms appear; combining EVOO with fermented foods, sleep, exercise and avoiding processed foods maximizes brain protection.
