Ever since allegations of widespread and rampant fraud in Minnesota made the headlines, a great many people – well, on the political right, at least – have been wondering what would be done about it and when. On the morning of April 28, those questions were answered.
Twenty-two Minnesota businesses, most of them owned or managed by members of the state’s large Somali community, were raided by federal agents. “Today the FBI with federal, state and local law enforcement is involved in court-authorized law enforcement activity as part of an ongoing fraud investigation,” a spokesperson for the Department of Justice told Fox News.
