U.S. Customs and Border Protection and the U.S. Coast Guard apprehended smuggling vessels off the California coast, taking 60 individuals into custody.CBP’s Air and Marine Operations unit stopped three separate vessels off Southern California between April 17 and April 21.
CBP said many of the 60 individuals have criminal records.
