Trump blasts conservative media elites Megyn Kelly, Tucker Carlson: ‘Low IQs’

President Donald Trump slammed several right-wing figures Thursday for criticizing his war with Iran, claiming they all have “low IQs” and are “nut jobs, troublemakers.” The four people Trump targeted were former Fox News hosts Tucker Carlson and Megyn Kelly, political commentator Candace Owens and Infowars founder Alex Jones. All four were previously known allies of the president.
“They have one thing in common, Low IQs,” Trump posted on Truth Social. “They’re stupid people, they know it, their families know it, and everyone else knows it, too! Look at their past, look at their record. They don’t have what it takes, and they never did.” 
The president claimed the four hosts were “thrown off of TV” and stuck using podcasts that “nobody’s talking about.”
Trump said in his lengthy tirade that Carlson “couldn’t even finish college,” calling him a “broken man when he got fired from Fox,” despite having graduated in 1991. He also claimed Kelly only asked him “Rosie O’Donnell” questions, that Owens was “crazy,” and that Jones says “some of the dumbest things.”
“These so-called ‘pundits’ are losers, and they always will be,” Trump continued. “They’re not MAGA. They’re losers, just trying to latch on to MAGA. As President, I could get them on my side anytime I want to, but when they call, I don’t return their calls because I’m too busy on World and Country Affairs.”
The post comes after the White House slammed mainstream outlets for their coverage of the Middle Eastern conflict.
White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt criticized both Politico and CNN recently for their coverage, after Politico posted a story that criticized the president’s speech last week.
