There are likely millions of people all over the world who still believe that on Jan. 6, 2021, President Donald Trump tried to overthrow the government of the United States so as to ensure that he could remain in office past the expiration of his term, and that he did so by calling upon an unruly mob of white supremacists to storm the Capitol and stop the official counting of the electoral votes in the 2020 presidential election.
