New records released pertaining to the “modern Watergate,” Arctic Frost, prompted allegations of then-Special Counsel Jack Smith “illegally” working in concert with leftist judges.
Tuesday in Washington, D.C., Texas Sen. Ted Cruz (R) presided over a Senate Judiciary Subcommittee hearing pertaining to the Biden-era FBI operation that involved spying on members of Congress and others. As part of the hearing, the committee released new records that have led some to suggest Smith was coordinating his strategy against President Donald Trump and his allies with U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia Judges James Boasberg and Beryl Howell.
