ER Editor: A reminder about the grooming/rape gang scandal in the UK that truly seems to be DECADES old but has only been talked about recently. Rupert Lowe, leader of Restore Britain, the new political party, has just finished an inquiry into the phenomenon that he obtained crowdfunding for. Kudos. Here’s independent journalist Raja Miah of Red Wall and the Rabble site explaining how Birmingham experienced the same problem and buried it. The research was quashed in 1991, which means that the problem had been going on since at least the ’80s.
We wonder, on the basis of zero evidence but with some knowledge of the British establishment, that Birmingham may have had pedophiles (Sir Michael Lyon?) parachuted in to cover up the situation. Will this rape gang phenomenon connect to other networks, we wonder. Were the Pakistani and other Asian men just the visible tip of a wider, deeply networked problem?
