Operation Epic Fury is a Rorschach test that reveals your psychological state and where you stand in the budding division in the populist Right. Despite sharing most of the same common goals and interests, this division is beginning to look like it will become an intractable schism. I hate to see that. There are some obviously bad actors facilitating this, but others are just caught up in the drama and the emotions. Conveniently, right in the run-up to the American primaries and the midterms.
That they were “right about Trump” is taken as obvious. He was a “con man” and a boomer. We “fell for it again.” We voted for someone who would “release the Epstein files,” give us “No New Wars,” and conduct mass deportations, which were a “massive failure.” Now we know that Trump is “just another George W. Bush” and that the GOP needs to be “burned down,” including by voting Democrat. Very convenient. Also, almost entirely untrue.
