Democrats and their flunkies in the media have been furiously flogging a report that the Pentagon spent $93 billion in one month to shame Secretary of War Pete Hegseth, but it has already blown up in the face of Sen. Adam Schiff (D-CA), who only made himself look like a fool for the umpteenth time.
According to the report from nonprofit watchdog Open The Books, the money spent in September 2025 included “$2 million on Alaskan king crab,” “$6.9 million of lobster tail,” and “$15.1 million of ribeye steak” along with money for ice cream machines and sushi tables.
