The heartland is not the best place to get into a political discussion on whether the US should or should not have made a move after being threatened by Middle Eastern thugs. It just gets very quiet after the folks who say “blow them up” are followed by the silence of no one disagreeing with them. But rest assured, there was still plenty to talk about. Before the joint operation with Israel against Iran, this week was defined by too much coverage on hockey and the State of the Union.
