Update: The police arrested a 27-year-old man, Gusmane Coulibaly, who was throwing ice. This man was arrested a few weeks ago for attempted burglary. He has been released, and the charges dropped. Alvin Bragg dropped the assault charges.
Now, Coulibaly faces a misdemeanor charge of obstructing government administration, as well as a harassment violation.
