A Utah judge is scheduled to issue a ruling at 12:30 p.m. ET on Feb. 24 on whether to keep prosecutors on the murder case against Tyler Robinson, the man accused of killing conservative commentator Charlie Kirk on a Utah college campus. Robinson has not yet entered a plea. State District Judge Tony Graf has been weighing whether to disqualify the Utah County Attorney’s Office from continuing to prosecute the case.
