Despite the AG’s decision not to intervene, DiZoglio stresses transparency, noting that Massachusetts is the only state that exempts its legislature from public records laws. AG claims DiZoglio lacks lawsuit authority. The case heads to the Supreme Judicial Court, underscoring the will of the voters over political privilege.
