Standing at a podium reading “STOPPING TRUMP’S WAR ON WOMEN,” the First Lady lectured reporters who were allegedly “off topic” by asking Gov. Newsom questions about the perennially delayed high-speed rail boondoggle, and his upcoming meeting with the prime minister of Germany.
