Despite pressure from President Donald Trump and Speaker Mike Johnson, 21 cowardly House Republicans voted against a $1.2 trillion spending bill, which ultimately passed, aimed at ending a partial government shutdown.
The traitorous holdouts, including Reps. Thomas Massie (R-KY), Lauren Boebert(R-CO), Eric Burlison (R-MO), Tim Burchett (R-TN), and others like Andy Biggs (R-AZ), Chip Roy (R-TX), and Victoria Spartz (R-IN), criticized the package for failing to include the SAVE Act, which would require a photo ID for federal voter registration to prevent non-citizen voting.
