Border czar Tom Homan said Wednesday that 700 federal law enforcement officers will leave Minnesota, following protests against the Trump administration’s illegal immigration crackdown in the state.“If you are in the country illegally, you are not off the table,” Homan said at a press conference in Minneapolis, The Hill reported. “Let me be clear: President Trump fully intends to achieve mass deportations during this administration, and immigration enforcement actions will continue every day throughout this country.”
As of late last month, there were roughly 3,000 federal immigration officers in Minnesota.
