In Gaza, Hamas still refuses to disarm, as it is required to do according to the Second Phase of the Trump Plan. And in Lebanon, Hezbollah has not turned its weapons over to the Lebanese Army, as it is obligated to do according to the ceasefire established between Israel and Lebanon. Israel has as a consequence kept up its attacks in Gaza on Hamas, and in Lebanon on Hezbollah, both to preempt attacks and to respond to them.
