An unelected lower court judge has once again commandeered national policy by moving to block the government from freezing federal childcare funds to a handful of blue states amid rampant systemic fraud in Minnesota.
In a Friday ruling, U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian sided with five Democrat-run states by issuing a temporary restraining order preventing the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) from cutting off $10 billion in grants to childcare welfare programs impacting California, Colorado, Illinois, Minnesota, and New York.
