WASHINGTON (CN) — The Supreme Court on Friday threw out a procedural limit preventing a Florida man from challenging a conviction that the justices recently invalidated.
In a 5-4 ruling, the justices sided with Michael Bowe, a federal inmate, rejecting the government’s limits on the number of times a federal inmate can challenge the legality of their sentence.
