Sure, on paper, Rep. Ilhan Omar is a radical leftist crossed with a Islamic activist (a fairly typical profile on the contemporary Left) but in some ways she’s a throwback to the kind of insanely corrupt Democrat who would just commit crimes to see what he could get away with.
The current raid on Rep. Ilhan Omar is long overdue for a woman accused of having committed immigration fraud by marrying her brother, but let’s remember that it’s also highly likely that the entire family committed immigration fraud, that the genealogic fraud may cross three continents, and that it’s just the beginning of her career of vice.
