The ICE officer who shot an anti-ICE agitator in Minneapolis Wednesday after being hit by her car, had previously been dragged by a fleeing illegal alien motorist, according to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Kristi Noem.
In the June incident, ICE agents were executing a warrant for 39-year-old Guatemalan Roberto Carlos Munoz in the quiet Minneapolis suburb of Bloomington, when things went sideways.
