The great census debate is back.
After Chief Justice John Roberts illegally colluded to block a question on citizenship from the last census, President Trump is vowing to bring it to the next census. The usual response is to misappropriate the 14th amendment, which was dealing with past attempts to limit the representation of slaves, and scream that it will limit representation.
