ER Editor: Why have former police officer Mark Sexton and lawyer Ian Clayton written a letter to Trump? ‘It’s about the integrity of the [UK] justice system and the constitutional safeguards that are meant to protect the public.’
Sexton references Operation Talla, which was essentially a co-ordinated effort across police forces to shut down any citizen criminal complaint about Covid policy and vaccination wrongdoing. This operated above and beyond the court system, which got sidelined. The public lost their constitutional safeguard in a normally operating court system. ‘Executive co-ordination replaced judicial determination’. Sexton explains how every agency or body who could deal with this issue simply won’t. There is now a vacuum of accountability. Sexton goes onto explain why appealing to the President of the United States is the appropriate next step.
