A group of 23 states have filed a legal brief with the Supreme Court to support Louisiana and its efforts to stop mail-order abortions.
South Dakota has joined Nebraska and 21 other states in backing Louisiana’s pro-life bid, signing an amicus brief urging the U.S. Supreme Court to uphold a stay blocking the remote distribution of mifepristone, the dangerous and prolific chemical drug used for inducing abortions.
