    A 19-year-old leader of the nihilistic violent extremist (NVE) group “764” has pleaded guilty to child exploitation and charges under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, the FBI said in a Dec. 23 post on X.764 is a criminal network that methodically targets and exploits minors. Members engage in blackmail and manipulation to coerce or extort minors to commit sexual acts, animal cruelty, and suicide.
